Haddok or codlyng. Take an haddok or codlyng, and drawe him in the bely. And make sauce of water and salt; And whan hit bigynneth to boyle, skeme hit clene, and caste the fissh thereto, And seth hit in his sauce. His sauce is garlek or verge-sauce; and serve him hote.
