iij - A-nother manere. Tak fayre porke y-broylid, and grynd it smal with 3olkys of Eyroun; than take Pepir, Gyngere, and grynd it smal, and melle it with-al, and a lytel hony, and floryssche thin cofyns with-ynne and with-owte, and hele hem with thin ledys, (Note: Lids) and late hem bake, and serue forth.
