Torte recipe. Mince well mutton or pork, and cook it with little water, a little sugar and butter. When it's almost cooked, throw in some cloves. Finish cooking it and remove it from the broth. Aside, beat a dozen eggs, whites separated, adding a little sugar. In a frying pan with very hot butter place half the beaten eggs; let them set, and cast overtop the cooked meat, as soon as the eggs are browned invert all into a plate. Heat, again, butter in the frying pan, adding overtop the rest of the beaten eggs and , overtop, the already fried mixture, taking care to not let it stick to the bottom. Serve sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon and wetted with flower water.
