Roast beef With pine nuts

ROAST BEEF WITH PINE NUTS. Break the pine nuts and mix it with the beef, add some salt, pour vinegar on top of it in a pot and leave it for a day. Remove it from the vinegar, put it on a skewer and roast it; this is a really good dish, proper for lords and princes.
