Making marzipan. Grab a handful of rice, boil it in milk, once done, stir it, add some rose water, otherwise it will be oily; crush what you need for the marzipan, put it onto the rice, ad some sugar and raw butter, but don't add saffron. Once you're about to serve it, serve 3 or 4 pieces of it when cold.
