Italian cabbage. Take out the stalk, then cut the leaves into two or three, fry some oil and slice some onions. If your lord likes it, you may add black pepper. You can make some bread for sick people, too. Put boiled cabbage water into a jar, slice some onions into it, then some cabbage leaves, boil it, pour some oil into it, add some parsnips, serve it like cottage cheese dishes; once served, put the onion, roes and cabbage leaves onto it.
