OYSTER. We should talk about oysters too, although they don't live in Transylvania. Wash the oyster, let it drain the water, boil it and pour water onto it, cut it open, take out the meat, put it into the bigger shell, then pour tree oil and boil the meat in the shell. Add black pepper and serve it. Some nations do it with butter and lemon, and if they have no lemon, they use wine. Cook any way you want.
