Snail in tree oil. Wash the snail from the mud, boil it, pass through a strainer the water, pour some water onto it, take out the meat; once the meat is taken out, cut off the foul parts, wash it three times from salt, then boil it in clean water, while boiling, wash the shell; if your lord likes tree oil, use it for cooking. Take some parsley leaves, wash it and cut it into little pieces, pour some tree oil onto it, then add some black pepper and salt, cut the snail's meat into it as well. Pour the tree oil with parsley and black pepper into it, then put the meat into a pan and cook it, serve it when hot.
