Veal with spicy sauce. Prepare the meat like I told you to, except when cooking it, slice some bacon on top, when boiling it add some more bacon and onions, parsley leaves too, add some tarragon and lemon too, if you have it; don't slice apples into it unless your lord orders you. Once it's done, add some vinegar and black pepper, saffron, ginger and cook them together. This food shall be good.
