Bitter mushroom

Bitter mushroom cooked with butter or bacon fat. Clean it, wash it in clean water, add some salt, but don't burn the bottom, add some butter or bacon fat while cooking, serve it hot; if you're cooking for someone that's fasting, add salt or oil only.
