Truffle with sour cream. Not all chefs know what truffle is, it's found on tall trees, and it is big like an old pot. Cut it in half, wash it in clean water, cut it with parsley, then cook it in clean water; once cooked, pass through a strainer the water, pass through a strainer sour cream onto it and cook it, then add some saffron, black pepper and salt.
