veal With Sour Sauce

This is an excerpt from The Prince of Transylvania's Court Cookbook

Veal with sour sauce. Boil the meat like I told you to; don't forget to add spices, once the meat is cooked, pass through a strainer its water into a clean pot, add vinegar and some wine when it's cold, then add some eggs. Pass through a strainer it, add some saffron, black pepper and ginger; if you have beef fat, then grab a few spoons of it, then add it to the pot. Put the veal to a plate, then add lots of sour cream, so much that you can barely see the veal.
