Venison with black sauce. Soak the meat in salted water like I told you. Prepare the sauce. If you have wine, pour some onto the water; while the meat is boiling, prepare the sauce in the salted water and pass through a strainer it, boil the meat in it, then slice some apples and onions, and cook them together.
