Weatherfish With Choked Sauce

Weatherfish with choked sauce. Do the same, but once it's cooked, add black pepper. Don't add too much sauce. Cook it in a pot, add some vinegar, some do it without, but this is how we were taught. Pour it onto the fish, let it soak it, and once done, remove it.
