Huchen in sauce. Boil some water and put a whole onion and apple into it, then add some black pepper tied into a cloth. Cook the fish with the black pepper, then add some vinegar and broken black pepper, and some honey, and once it's cooked, put it in a plate and pass through a strainer the black pepper onto it.
