Cow's leg with carnation sauce. Clean the cow's leg, then cook it in salt. Once it's cooked, remove it from the water, let it cool and dry, tender some beef or lamb with wine or water. Put some brown bread on top. Remove the water, cook the bread, slice some apples and add some honey, add some grapes and almonds, spice it up with some black pepper and carnation and put the cool cow's leg into it, then cook it. Once it's cooked, serve it.
