trout With Sour cream

Trout with sour cream. Add some salt to the trout; when boiling it, wash it from the salt, put it into a clean pot and pass through a strainer some sour cream onto it. Add some tarragon leaves, saffron, black pepper and ginger too, then cook it together and serve it once ready.
