Roast beef With Must

Roast beef with must (young wine). Do the same with the roast beef, twist some grapes on top of it and add some sugar. Don't boil the must, lest it loses its sweetness, put it into hot water instead when you put horseradish on top of it, so it keeps its power. When the beef is cooking, slice some into it; this gives some taste to the must, serve it when it's hot.
