Catfish with green sauce. Clean the meat like I told you earlier. Prepare the sauce, put white bread into wine, then add some honey, boil it at the fire, then pass through a strainer it. Then add some onions, parsley, horseradish leaves, tarragon and break them, then pass through a strainer them into the wine. Wash the fish from the salt, put it into the sauce, and add some black pepper, ginger and cinnamon. Add some vegetables, too. Cook the catfish with these.
