Beef with vinegar, onion. Do the same with the meat; Peel the onion, add it to clean water and slice it. When the meat is done, pour its water into it, when the onion is half cooked, add some vinegar; but don't overcook the onion, put the beef into a plate and pour the onion broth on top.
