Beef with crab apples. Do the same with the meat, remove the apples' seeds, for they sour the dish; wash it, take it out of the pot and put it into another pot. When the meat is cooked, pass through a strainer the water and cook it. When the apples are cooked, pass through a strainer it to the meat, add some parsley leaves; the apple shouldn't be too thin or thick. When you add the apple to the meat, don't cook it for too long, just boil it.
