Carp with canvas. Do the same if it's old, add some salt to its nose, smoke it, make thin cabbage slices, put the roes among them. Boil the cabbage, add some oil if you have, then some onions, saffron and black pepper, and once cooked, wash the fish from the salt, mix it with the cabbage, cook it together, cook its nose, and when you serve it, put it on top.
