Pike with spinach. Salt the meat like I told you. Boil the water, fry it in tree oil and add some onions. Poach the spinach, wash it twice or thrice; wash the fish from the salt, put it in a clean pot and add the spinach, then some black pepper and a bit of nutmeg flower, cook it, then pour the sauce onto it.
