Chicken with sour cream. Cook the chicken in water and once tender, boil it again, add some sweet milk next to the coal to curd it, pass through a strainer it and once cool, break some eggs into it and add some black pepper, saffron and ginger, mix and grind them; once the chicken is cooked, take it out and pour the sauce onto it.
