Fried chicken

Fried chicken. Fry one or two chickens in butter, pour some wine and beef water onto them, let it cook, and once cooked, grate a bread roll and pass through a strainer it. Pour this sauce onto the chicken, add some ginger and black pepper to make it spicy.
