Cooked hen in lemon broth. Grab some lemon, fry the hen in butter, put it in a pot, take it out and pour beef water onto it, add some wine of both types, add some black pepper and let it cook; once cooked: slice some lemon, put it in the water, boil it for a while, taste it to make sure it's not too sweet, then serve it and put a slice of lemon onto it.
