Chicken with Bavarian sauce. Boil it until tender, take out its intestines like I told you. Slice the chicken, put some bacon onto it, and once tender, slice some onion and fry it in fatty beef water, pour it onto the chicken, add some saffron, black pepper and ginger, and when serving it, add some gooseberries without their insides. Then serve it.
