Chicken stuffed with shallot. Do what I told you before at Peel the shallot, cut it with bacon and parsley leaves, if you have no shallot, onion will do; if your lord wants, then add some black pepper, but we do it without. Put it into hot water, put its stomach and liver to its wings, and don't forget to spice it.
