Hen with fruit sauce. Wash and roast it like I told you to. Prepare the sauce like the bird sauce; but slice the apple in long slices, add almonds, raisins, and add some honey, black pepper, saffron and ginger. This should be sweeter than the bird sauce. Serve it.
