Gosling with gooseberries. Cut it like I've told you. Cut it, boil it and add some salt and a bit of bacon; once boiled, have lots of gooseberries. Pass through a strainer it, and pour it onto the meat, then boil it, but don't overcook it. When serving it, put two or three slices underneath it.
