Dishes made from the pig's skin. Skin the pig like I told you. Leave the head and legs on the skin, then slice it on its spine. This shall be the stuffing; if you have good beef and roast pork with bacon, cut them together, add spices and black pepper, stuff the pig and stitch it on its back legs where you cut it; put it on the skewer, roast it, but stitch the legs together. If you have no stuffing of this kind, stuff it with eggs and chicken.
