Pork with sweet sauce. Do the same with the slaughtering. When washing it, take out its intestines onto a clean table, slice it, put it in a clean pot, add some salt, put it on the fire until it boils, and when it's time to boil it, take it out the fire, boil it in a clean pot and pass through a strainer the water onto it. Slice some onions, and if your lord likes it, slice some apples too. Once the apple and the onion is cooked, add some vinegar, black pepper, saffron and ginger to the meat; when it's time to serve it, look out so it doesn't shrink.
