Boar pork with carnation sauce. Cut the hog's sweet meat, wash it in salted water, while the meat is being cooked put the sauce in wine, put black bread on top, and once the meat is cooked, take it out, pass through a strainer the water, pour cold water onto it and cook it until it's tender, fry the meat in your lord's table, put them to a clean pot, pass through a strainer its water, put some almonds on it, slice some grapes, apples, pears and add some honey, black pepper and carnation, add a bit of saffron, cook it with the spices, then serve it.
