Roasted young sheep thigh with sour cream sauce. Put the fat lamb thigh on a skewer, add some salt, if the lamb thigh is too fat, put it in hot water and slice it, while it's being roasted have someone bring some clean sour cream enough for a plate, put eggs in the sour cream, and put it on top the meat like we did beforehand.
