Lamb with black pepper. Put its meat on a skewer, roast it, peel some garlic, add black pepper to it, put these into a pot and add some vinegar, if the vinegar is really strong add some water from the beef, once the meat is cooked, slice it into a plate, don't boil the black pepper, just heat it, then pour it on top the meat.
