Muskyls in Gravy. Recipe muskyls, & pike þam clene & seth þam oute of þe shells; þan draw þam throgh a streneзour & set þam oure þe fyre; þan take fayr brede & stepe it in þe same broth; þen put þerto mynced onзons, wyne & peper, þan boyle þam togyder & cast þerto gynger & saferon & salt & serof.
