To boile chickens with Spinnage and Lettice.. TAke a Platter of Spinnage and Lettice, and wash them cleane, and when the pot is skimmedâ–ª then put them in with a dish of butter, and a branch of rosemary with a litle vergious, being seasoned with Salt and ginger beaten.
