To bake Lampernes.. FIrst make your coffin long waies, and season your Lampernes with Pepper, Cloues, and Mace, and put them in the Pye, and put thereto a good handfull of small Raysons, two or thrée onions sliced a good peece of Butter, a litle suger, and a few Barberies, & whe[n] it is enough put in a little Vergious.
