Thus prepare chops (copias). Take lean pork or veal meat, and cut it in pieces to the length of a palm. After that, take coriander grains (?grana galandrie), and grind them in a mortar, and put in salt. And place these pieces on a table, and put a hare on top; and leave them standing thus for an hour. And then place them on a spit, and sprinkle these grains (coriander) above. And that will be for Romans.
