Stuffing for Kid. Take the boiled pluck of a kid and chop it so that it is all minced up -but first cooked; then get raisins, dates, pinenuts, cured ham, cinnamon, pepper, ginger and sugar, and grind everything together; then stuff the kid, and baste it with fine oil or with good grease, water and salt so that its glazing is pretty.
