Chicken with Salt Pork. Take a chicken and cook it in a pot, and when it is half cooked add in spices, saffron, egg yolks and [chicken] livers, everything all ground up together, and cook it so that the chicken is well cooked; then grind a little garlic, if your master likes it, and put it into the pot.
