Rice Fritters Shaped Like Ravioli. Cook rice, grind almonds, first blanching them, and strain them hard - I mean, as thick as you can-with rosewater; mix the almond milk well with the rice, and add in sugar with a little fine starch; then make the Fritters, or else make them in the shape of pasties - that is, put the mixture into a dough made like the shell of a small pasty, frying in good oil.
