Fritters Shaped Like Ravioli. Get almonds, clean pinenuts, walnuts, raisins, figs, milt of good fish and their liver, marjoram, mint, parsley and good spices, and grind everything together with saffron; make the Fritters as you saw for Ravioli [Recipe 10] - that is, with the mixture wrapped in a dough made with sugar and rosewater- and fry them in good oil.
