[Lenten] White Dish. To make six servings of Lenten White Dish: one pound of rice - I mean, rice flour - a jug of goat's milk, four ounces of sugar and a little ginger; boil this, stirring constantly with a spoon; then grind an ounce or two of fish flesh and two ounces of pinenuts, and boil it together; when thick, it is cooked.
