Eggs Poached in Water. Boil water and break fresh eggs into it; when they become white - I mean, when they look quite whitened - remove them from the water, and garnish them with sugar, rosewater, a little orange juice and mild spices with verjuice. Likewise, you can put on grated cheese with spices alone.
