XXIII - Cisame (fried dish ? ) of fish that you want. Take the fish and fry it, take "zevolle" (no translation, sevo suet ? ) and boil it a bit and cut it small, then fry well, then add vinegar and water and whole peeled almonds and strained eggs, and strong spices and a little honey and boil every thing together and put over the fish.
