CXXXI - To make orange dish battered in another way. Make much as that of above, except that one does not change the honey and they (orange peels) should be well battered with a knife (finely chopped), then cooked in the honey and have in mind that they want to be cooked much that the honey it is almost hard and you want little fire and temperate and it cooks together with the honey and it is done.
