CXVI - Tortelli in the way of white fritters. Tortelli in the way of white fritters for lent good and most perfect. Take a quantity of good gourd well boiled, take almonds well peeled and paste and add a quantity of good herbs well pasted and good oil and of spices and of these things make a batter and make tortelli small and fry in oil and powder with sugar and it is done.
