VII To make fish in Schibeze. If you want to make fish in the manner of schibeze, fry it and fry onions well, and take some of the same fish and grind it well and draw forth the sharp bones and put in a little bread with it, and temper it with good white wine and with good strong vinegar, and put in boiled almonds and good spices, marjoram and Alexandrian dates.
