193. Dentex in crust. You must take the dentex, and being well-cleaned and washed, make it into rounds through the middle, and then make empanadas, and take your spices: pepper, and salt, and ginger, and a pair of slivers of whole cinnamon; and then put the fish in the empanada with the spices, and splinters of cinnamon, all together, and cover it. And let it go to the oven, and before you put it on the table after it is cooked, take a little orange juice, and the liver of the same dentex. And roast it in the coals with a toasted bread soaked in the orange juice. And put it inside the pastel; but before the empanada goes to the oven, cast in a little oil.
